Wolfgang Habla

Wolfgang is a PhD student at the University of Munich. He works at the intersection of political economy and environmental economics. His current research focuses on how national politics form international policies; on the political economy of environmental tax reforms, and on the strategic interaction of governments facing mobile factors of production such as capital and energy.
