I am a third year PhD student at UC Berkeley, in the Energy and Resources Group. I came to graduate school after nearly two and a half years of development work in Latin America, as well as short stints in research and advocacy. My current interests include energy access business models, private financing of energy access in emerging markets, the nexus of ICTs and electrification, and the local and national socio-economic impacts of electrification.
