ERG PhD Student Grace Wu Receives the 2018 Smith Conservation Research Fellowship

The David H. Smith Conservation Research Fellowship is a renowned postdoctoral program designed to support early-career scientists tackling the world’s most pressing conservation challenges. Throughout their research, the fellows partner with a major academic institution as well as an “on the ground” organization to bridge the gap between theory and application. This week, The Society for Conservation Biology and the Cedar Tree Foundation announced the 2018 recipients of the award, including Grace Wu – an ERG PhD candidate studying sustainable land use pathways for biodiversity, food, and climate mitigation.
