Minah Choi is a Master’s student at the Energy and Resources Group. Choi’s interests includes researching climate justice in the Americas, with an emphasis on identity, political ecology, and STS studies. At ERG, Choi hopes to gain a greater understanding of what resilience looks like for communities on the frontlines of the climate and biodiversity crises and identify bottom-up solutions to shift power dynamics in resource management.
Prior to joining ERG, Choi holds a BA from Pomona College and is in the process of maintaining a MA in Latin American Studies from Stanford University. Choi is currently working on a socio-historic analysis of the wetlands conservation movement in NW Argentina.
