Margaret McCall

Margaret is pursuing an MS/MPP with ERG and the Goldman Policy School. At Berkeley, she hopes to focus on demand flexibility (a key aspect of greening the power grid) and electric vehicles (the future of transportation), and ideally on how the two intersect. She is coming to Berkeley from Rocky Mountain Institute, where her interest in market-based clean energy solutions—both in the U.S. and in sub-Saharan Africa—was born. She is also politically inclined, having spent time working in environmental advocacy and on political campaigns. Margaret graduated from Yale with a B.S. in geophysics.
