Aline is a master’s student at ERG focusing climate finance, critical minerals, the economics of renewable energy, and the relationship between climate and development goals. Prior to joining ERG, Aline was a junior fellow in the Africa Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, contributing to research on energy transition in Africa and Africa’s evolving role in global geopolitics.
Aline is originally from Kigali, Rwanda and holds a BS in Integrated Science and Agricultural Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
