Shuba Raghavan

Shuba Raghavan is interested in the assessment of renewable energy technologies and policies to promote a low carbon economy. Her current research involves evaluating life cycle costs and emissions of technologies and modeling pathways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in California. Earlier, she worked on the techno-economic analysis of decentralized solar applications and evaluated policies to address energy equity in India. Before discovering her interest in energy policy, she held the position of a Senior Research Associate at Yale University’s Investments Office.
