Tim Gröschel’s main interest lies in renewable energy systems, how they enable industry decarbonization, and what can be done to make them socially and economically feasible. Having worked across both the public and private sectors, Gröschel aims to bring an integrated and pragmatic perspective to the group. At ERG, he wants to dive deeper into these topics while also exploring the expansion of renewables in emerging economies to achieve even greater climate impacts.
Gröschel loves exploring new countries and cultures – as you’re reading this, he is probably in Nepal or India! When he’s not traveling, Gröschel enjoys hiking, swimming, or playing video games.
Prior to joining ERG, Gröschel attended ESB Business School in Reutlingen, Germany. His current opportunities include Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Enpal B.V., and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
