Adam is a PhD focused on ecosystem modeling and remote sensing. His research aims to improve the representation of ecological processes, particularly forest regeneration, in Earth System Models (ESMs).

At ERG, Nancy research focuses on identifying existing gaps in climate science and decision-making. In her master’s research, she used a combination of fieldwork, lab work, and data science to determine the potential contribution of greenhouse gases from Arctic lakes to the atmosphere.
Sasha graduated with her Master’s in 2024, and she is interested in land and resource management. Her research is focused on how various groups value natural resources, how the value can be quantified, and how that information can be used to design successful and cost-effective restoration projects.
