Nat De Jonge

Bio/CV:

As a pre-med and environmental history student in undergrad I have always been broadly fascinated by the intersection between human and environmental health. While I am a bit of a generalist having worked on research projects in epidemiology, agroforestry, and ocean governance, I am focused on fields of climate adaptation and resilience as my primary research interests. I’m drawn to their cross-cutting promise to improve both human and environmental conditions in a changing world. I hope to contribute to the democratization of the climate policy-making process through research that incorporates local knowledge and expertise.

I have been making and selling ceramics since high school and just joined the Potters Studio here in Berkeley. Also, I love all things outdoors (hiking, climbing, skiing, etc)!
