Getting Serious About Water Wheeling in California: Learning from the Experience of the Natural Gas and Electric Industries (01 MS)

Eric Cutter's research interests include removing impediments to water markets and transfers in the Western U.S.,  restructuring the natural gas and electric industries to encourage more active water markets, and studying the political and economic issues surrounding the provision and regulation of third-party access to water conveyance facilities to facilitate inter-basin and agricultural-to-urban water transfers.
