Daniel Kammen is an expert in renewable energy, climate policy, and sustainable development. Kammen joined Johns Hopkins University as a Bloomberg Distinguished Professor in 2025 from the University of California, Berkeley. He is lead author for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007.
